Hi, I’m Rosie,

I became a therapist following my own experiences of life’s challenges, and the transformative impact of counselling during those times.

This shapes how I work, with care, humility, and respect for how difficult it can be to reach out.

Outside of therapy, I value connection with friends and family and enjoy spending time with my two dogs, who help keep me grounded.

I relax by reading and creating, things may get a little messy at times, but there’s always a real sense of joy in it.

However the focus of our work together will always be you.

Your experience, your pace, and what feels helpful for you.

“I have had many therapy sessions in the past but I feel Rosie has helped me the most, as she listens and understands what I am going through.”

Olivia, 37
